In Shopper Mogul the CEO is responsible for setting the company's overall strategy and assigning roles to the wider managment teams. The CEO is ultimately accountable for the company's performance and will lead the directors' presentation to investors at the end of a gaming session.

For a company to be truly successful in Shopper Mogul one of the team will have to learn how to really understand what the data is telling us our company's direction should be.  The Finance director will give insights to the wider team on how best to allocate most effectively.  This player will provide performance reports relative to the company's strategy goals.

In Shopper Mogul the Marketing Director can launch brands to target specific segments.
Take advantage of brand perception insights.
Issue innovation orders to tweak a brand's perceived quality and style.
Build a targeted portfolio of brands to win customers on the shelf.
Manage advertising spend to sustainably grow and maintain awareness and consideration.

Pack Pricing

Your pricing director is responsible for maximising a brand's revenue potential by ensuring that the company's products are available in the pack-sizes that consumers need.
You will learn that consumers all have unique shopper missions that dicate what the  relevant pack size and pricing point that your company needs to be supplying at.

Sales Distribution

The Sales Director is responsible for managing distribution and ensuring that the product is on the shelf available for the customer to buy.
The competition for retailer shelf space is stong so the company's strategy will dictate how sales director negotiates listings bids.
A good sales director will need to understand what which categories, brands and pack sizes are right to get in each retailer.
